Reflection Paper

On the Job Training is a part of the curriculum we have to comply with in order to graduate that is my first impression about OJT. Some says it is an event where we, students are deployed too the field of the real business world in order for us to gain enough experience about how to work with other people.

Back then I always thought that OJT is just a pain on our mind because of several requirements should be prepared for us to be deployed. I also believe that our OJT will only help us for our data gathering us a researcher and nothing more. Apparently my thoughts are all wrong during the period of our training we begun to understand how much it is beneficial to us. It really thought us something that we should have and gain experiences that we were thankful to have.

I really appreciate that we have this OJT program because it really help me to mature as an individual. Those experiences thought us well that might help us facing the future. Our training nurture our minds on what working in an office are really like and what are the things we might be facing in the future. We did not find it hard working in DAWD because of their very approachable and friendly employees except when we are pressured working under the direct supervision of our boss. Still those pressures surely gave me difficulties before but   on the other hand it also gave me enough confidence to work with my boss in the future. I can’t describe how much thoughtful and supportive their employees are they thought everything that we want to learn in work and building our perspective. they also made us realise about other things outside the field of work we even share our personal lives with them. In the end i believe that OJT help us to build our fundamentals in order to face the world towards our future.

Back to basic just like the old times :)   ......       gaya ng dati nag check ing mga issued checks  (>-<)      then maya maya lalabas n ang maga tagong kwento para  //|     |\\    chito neri. hahaha LOL anu pa pulotan n nman ng kwentuhan ung dalawa   U U  then nag padownload na lang sila ng movie  ng wala na kaming gingawa.               d kasi sila makaget over ng napanood nila yung pinocopy ko sa kanila yung                "Pee- Mak" thai movie na nakakaloko. then yun na  :)                                               >>>>>''o"<<<<<<

may hang over pa ako kahapon .peru d kami uminum kahit nag purchased sila ng 2 case ng san mig light and 1 box ng empi light.lol pa rin kasing balik balikan ang mga pangyayari lalo n ung egg-nap.kaktawa ng habulin ni ate ybeth ung kumuha ng isang itlog n nasa lamesa nya.yun tuloy ang bilis ni ate cha sabay tayu sa desk at kumuha ulit habang di pa bumabalik si ate ybeth kaya si ate che gumay din, then kinuha ulit ung natitira ni ate cha at pinasakay ate gem.

tapos malaman namin nakuha yung lahat n itlog nina Ate cha ni llolo choi ksama ung nakuha kay ate ybeth. at mas nakakataw dahil di nag efort si lolo choi para makuha yun. tumango lang sya ng tanungin ni ate ems na if kagrupo daw sya ni ate ems then binigay sa kanya yung lahat ng itlog ng group 3 so mas dumami ang itlog ng group 1 peru nakuha pala ito ulit ng iba hahahaha.
